We had previously reported that Walt Disney World extended the Minnie Van Service to take guests to Orlando International Airport. This route was originally only available for guests staying in club level accommodations at Disney’s Boardwalk Inn. The route for the service was offered for $150 with the ability to take 6 people (including up to 3 car seats). We have now learned that the service will be offered to all deluxe resorts from any room accommodations, not just club level. It appears that the route went well and was popular enough to extend to the other resorts.  There is no pick-up option from the airport, just the drop off. So guests that are staying on property and need transportation would have to use the Magical Express service or take a private cab or shuttle.
Guests utilize the service via the Lyft mobile app.  The service costs $150 for the transportation to Orlando International Airport, or $25 for direct one-way transportation to any desired location found on Walt Disney World property. The vehicles accommodate up to 6 guests and there are car seats available for use. There are also Minnie Vans that are accessible for guests who need special accommodations.
What do you think of the Orlando International Airport route? Would you pay $150 for the service?
