Walt Disney World Will Celebrate World Oceans Day at Epcot on June 8th

World Oceans Day is coming up very soon on June 8th, 2018.  We are very excited to learn that Walt Disney World will be getting into the spirit of things over at Epcot.  Guests who are visiting Epcot on that day will be able to enjoy special offerings over at The Seas with Nemo & Friends! Pavilion located within the Future World area of the park.  They will be able to learn about the importance of ocean conservation during the displays, events and various activities that will be taking place all around The Seas pavilion.  The Animals, Science and Education team at Walt Disney World will provide demonstrations to guests to educate them on how we can all pitch in to help protect and conserve our oceans.  There will be a variety of information on how recycling impacts the ocean and how to keep the ocean clean for all of its inhabitants.

During the event, there will also be an seat turtle and shark picture frame available for guests who purchase a photo on that day.  Guests visiting the pavilion will also have the opportunity to donate to the Conservation Fund, located at the SeaBase Gift Shop.  Guests that donate will also receive a free button, too.
