Mobile Ordering opened the restaurant in Pandora, Satu’li Canteen, when the new immersive land first opened in May. Â This new service was also extended to other restaurants in Disney’s Animal Kingdom, and we have now learned that the service will also be extending to Magic Kingdom restaurants. Â This Mobile Ordering service allows guests to order their meals and pay for them using My Disney Experience. Â This allows guests to bypass the ordering line and be alerted when their food is ready to pick up at the counter so that they can maximize their magical Disney time and spend less time waiting around to be able to eat.
The service is expected to be extended to the following quick service locations:
- Columbia Harbour House: Â Located in Liberty Square
- Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Cafe: Â Located in Tomorrowland
- Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn & Cafe: Â Located in Frontierland
- Pinocchio Village Haus: Â Located in Fantasyland
It is no surprise that the service is finally extending to other parks. Â It was expected that the service would eventually roll out to quick service restaurants all over Walt Disney World. Â The testing phases seem to be going well, especially if Disney is ready to launch it to their most popular theme park. Â One thing to note is that if you are using the Disney Dining Plan, you still have to wait in the regular lines. We hope that Disney will incorporate the dining plan options into the service very soon.
Who plans to try out the new Mobile Ordering service when visiting the Magic Kingdom?
