We have received confirmation from Disney that there will be a new prix fixe lunch menu offered at Tiffins in Disney’s Animal Kingdom in the Discovery Island area. The new special menu will be offered from 11:30 AM through 3:30 PM every day. The meal will have a set price and multiple courses so that guests get a delicious taste of different offerings that the restaurant has to offer.
The meal will begin with appetizers that include:
- Black-eyed pea fritters
- Heirloom tomatoes
- Marinated grilled octopus
The new course will be the entree course and guests will be able to choose their meal from the following options:
- Swordfish
- Braised wagyu beef pozole
- Vegetable noodle bowl
- Grilled chicken
Dessert will include an exciting trio that includes:
- Lime cheesecake
- Chocolate ganache
- Guava mousse
We don’t have the prices yet for this special lunch menu, but given that Tiffins is a higher priced restaurant, we expect the lunch to be higher priced than other lunches found in the theme park. This could be a great way to sample some of the items for a cheaper price than what it would cost to dine there for dinner.
