Amorette’s Patisserie in the Town Center area of Disney Springs in Walt Disney World will offer a unique cake decorating experience for guests that visit. The experience will allow guests to create their own cakes use specialized techniques. Guests will get to learn tips and secrets about cake design including making sculpted items and a French glazing technique called glacage. Guests will be making a Mickey cake including ears, tail belt and buttons. It will be beautiful and delicious at the same time.
The experience will also include coffee, mimosas and bellinis to enjoy while guests work with the professional cake decorators that instruct the class. The classes will take place at Amorette’s Patisserie from 8:45AM to 10:30AM every Friday, running through May 5th, 2017. The experience will cost $129 plus tax, and is for guests ages 10 and up. Up to 2 guests can work on one cake. If the party would like to add a 2nd cake, it can be added for $40. The cakes are yours to keep and enjoy after the experience.
