Walt Disney World is frequently undergoing various renovations in order to keep everything looking good and functioning well for guests. We have learned that the Disney PhotoPass studio at Magic Kingdom was relocated temporarily. This is the PhotoPass studio that was located within Castle Couture in the park. The area is undergoing enhancements and refurbishments and will be closed through May 3rd. The temporary location is located within the FastPass+ queue for Mickey’s Philhar Magic. The changes that are happening at the Castle Couture PhotoPass studio location will include additional backdrop options, more props to choose from and upgraded lighting for the studio.
The PhotoPass studio is a location where guests can take various photos while at Walt Disney World. The photos will be added to the guest’s PhotoPass account where they can order prints or purchase digital downloads. For guests that have purchased Memory Maker, they will be able to get the photos taken at the studio added to their PhotoPass account and able to download for free. Memory Maker can be purchased at any point during your vacation, but is offered at a discount if purchased in advance.
