We recently shared updates and details about the Gran Destino Tower coming to Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort at Walt Disney World. In even more exciting news, guests are now able to book reservations for stays starting in July 2019. The new Gran Destino Tower is a part of the reimagining and expansion of Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort. Per Disney Parks Blog, “This transformation is inspired by the adventurous spirit of great Spanish explorers and historic innovative Spanish artists, writers and architects.”

There will also be new dining experiences coming to the resort with all of the new changes. Three Bridges Bar & Grill will be out on an island within Lago Dorado, the 14-acre lake for the resort. There will be courtyards next to the restaurant where guests will be able to hold private events. There will be walkways stretching across the lake to access the different areas. There will also be a restaurant on the roof of the tower, Toledo – Tapas, Steak & Seafood. The restaurant will offer amazing views of Walt Disney World resort from the indoor dining and indoor/outdoor lounge area. 
The new tower is expected to be the main entrance for Disney’s Coronado Springs. It also adds 545 new guest rooms to the overall room count for the resort, too! All of the rest of the guest rooms across the entire resort have been update with new fixtures, furnishings and lighting as part of the overall remodel and expansion for the property.
