Coco is one of the newest Disney-Pixar movies that is set to release in theaters this month around Thanksgiving. There have already been trailers released and previews shown at Walt Disney World, and we have now learned that guests are able to have a special photo taken at the Mexico pavilion within the World Showcase area of Epcot. The special photos are known as Magic Shots and are taken by Disney PhotoPass photographers. Hector, a character from the new film, appears in the shot waving to the camera. You can ask one of the PhotoPass Photographers in the area for the shot and it will be added to your PhotoPass account.
Here is a trailer for the new film:
Disney Parks Blog released the following synopsis of the film: “In Disney•Pixar’s “Coco,” Miguel dreams of becoming an accomplished musician, despite his family’s baffling generations-old ban on music. Desperate to prove his talent, Miguel finds himself in the stunning and colorful Land of the Dead following a mysterious chain of events. Along the way, he meets charming trickster Hector, and together, they set off on an extraordinary journey to unlock the real story behind Miguel’s family history.”
You will definitely want to take the whole family to see this amazing film. The film will be shown in theaters in 3D! Who else can’t wait to go see it? Be sure to get your Coco magic shot in Epcot while you can!
