Walt Disney World Offering an Evening with Chef Rick Bayless at Frontera Cocina

We are excited to learn that Frontera Cocina at Disney Springs will offer a special dining event featuring Chef Rick Bayless.  Chef Rick Bayless is a popular chef from PBS as well as the creator of the menu for Frontera Cocina.  He will be attending the event to bring a specially designed menu for a private dinner.  The event will be limited in the number of attendees and considered a very exclusive event.    The tickets for the event are $125, plus tax and gratuities.  Guests must be at least 21 in order to attend the event.

Per the website, here is the menu that is planned for the event:

Cocktail: Sparkling Margarita

Petite Bites: Toasted Almond and Florida Grapefruit Guacamole and Nopales, Radishes, Grilled Pineapple, Red Onion, Mezcal Goat Cheese Served on Lettuce

First Course:  Alaskan King Crab, Caribbean Spiny Lobster and Scallop Verde Coctel served with Popped Corn and Passion Fruit plus a Mezcal Cocktail pairing

Second Course:  Crispy Pork Belly with Mushroom and Calabacita Enchilada with a local craft beer pairing

Third Course:  Prime Creekstone Ribeye served with Mole Negro, Anjeo Mashed Potatoes and a wine pairing

Dessert Course:  Chocolate Cuatro Leches topped with Cajeta Whipped Cream, Toasted Pecans and Coconut-Prickly Pear Sauce with a tequila pairing.
