Walt Disney World typically offers options for guests to attend religious services for Easter and we have confirmed that will continue for 2018. There will be services held at Disney’s Contemporary Resort on Easter Sunday, April 1st. Guests will be able to attend Catholic Masses at 8 AM and 10:30 AM in the Fantasia Ballroom at the resort. There will be a Protestant service held at 9:15 AM, also in the Fantasia Ballroom.
Guests that intend to attend one of the services will want to plan their travel. For guests that are staying at one of the resorts on the monorail track, it is highly recommend to use the monorail or boat transportation in order to get to Disney’s Contemporary Resort. Guests staying at other resorts will have to take transportation to the Magic Kingdom and then either walk to the Contemporary or take one of the other transportation options. There will be a bus starting after 7 AM that will take guests to the resort. Guests shouldn’t expect to be able to park directly at Disney’s Contemporary Resort, Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort or Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa unless they have dining reservations. Parking will be restricted at those resorts and they won’t be allowing guests that aren’t staying there or have reservations to park there since the resorts are expected to be crowded.
