Walt Disney World Extends Cake Decorating Experience at Disney Springs

The cake decorating experience at Amorette’s Patisserie in Disney Springs has been such a popular event that it is getting extended.  The experience was originally scheduled to be available through May 5th and only 1 day per week.  We have received confirmation that the experience will now be available 3 days a week and will be available through August 25th for the time being.  These new days will begin on May 14th.  The experience will take place on Sundays, Mondays and Fridays from 9AM through 10:30AM.  The price for the event is $129, not including taxes, for one or two guests who will be working on a single cake.

The event can be booked by calling 407-WDW-DINE, and you will need to be prepared to pay for the experience at the time of booking.  There are only 12 guests per class, so space is extremely limited on each of the dates.  Guests must be at least 10 years old to participate in the cake decorating, so if you have younger kids in your party, you will have to plan something else for them.

Disney has been adding a surplus of add-on experiences all throughout Walt Disney World.  These experiences are available at an extra cost, but give guests opportunity to enjoy a more intimate experience that is extra magical.  These are above and beyond what you can experience in the park.  You may not be able to do every one of these experiences in a single visit, but you can pick and choose what your family is most interested in for a little bit of extra magic during your stay.
