Annual Passholders have gained more freedom to make spontaneous Walt Disney World visits before August comes to an end.
Disney has designated August 25, August 26, and August 31 as Good to Go Days. That means eligible passholders can enter the resort’s theme parks without making reservations on those three dates.
The benefit extends through the final day of August and gives passholders another option during the start of Labor Day week.

Passholders Gain More Reservation-Free Access
Walt Disney World still requires Annual Passholders to make theme park reservations on many dates. Good to Go Days provide an exception to that policy.
On a designated date, passholders can enter Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, or Disney’s Animal Kingdom without selecting their starting park ahead of time.
The three new dates join August 2, August 3, and August 9, which Disney announced earlier. Altogether, Disney has designated six August dates for reservation-free passholder entry.
The benefit does not override a passholder’s blockout calendar. Park admission also depends on available capacity.
Those restrictions mean guests should confirm that their passes remain valid for their intended visit before heading to the resort.
Most Remaining August Dates Still Require Reservations
The additions do not represent a broader removal of the reservation system.
August 19 through August 24 have not been designated as Good to Go Days. Neither have August 27, August 28, August 29, or August 30.
Passholders visiting on one of those dates will generally need to reserve their starting park. They may also use the after-2 p.m. entry benefit when it is available.
Annual Passholders can typically visit without reservations after 2 p.m. at the four theme parks. Magic Kingdom remains the major exception, as reservations are required for passholder entry on Saturdays and Sundays regardless of arrival time.
Disney periodically adds Good to Go Days based on projected attendance. More dates could appear, although Disney has not announced any additional August opportunities.

Existing Plans Will Remain in the App
Passholders who already made reservations for August 25, August 26, or August 31 do not need to take action.
Disney will remove those reservations from the maximum number each passholder can hold. The plans can remain visible in My Disney Experience, even though they no longer occupy a reservation slot.
That frees passholders to reserve another eligible date while keeping their original visit plans intact.
The latest additions should be particularly helpful for passholders who prefer deciding where to go on the day of their visit. Instead of selecting one park beforehand, they can consider weather conditions, attraction wait times, dining availability, and operating schedules.
Passholders should continue checking My Disney Experience for the latest calendar. Disney can update Good to Go availability as individual dates approach.
