2. Attach a closed star frosting tip to a plastic decorating bag.

3. Fill the decorating bag with creamy peanut butter.

A piping bag filled with brown frosting sits beside three cupcakes topped with fluffy white icing, looking ready for a Muppet-themed bake-off that would have Fozzie Bear at Disney’s Hollywood Studios shouting “Waka Waka!”.

4. Draw Fozzie’s head onto each cupcake using the closed star frosting tip. Dot on peanut butter stars to create the look of Fozzie’s fuzzy fur.

Cupcake topped with white frosting and a star-shaped patch of brown icing, channeling Fozzie Bear’s classic Muppet look—an irresistible treat for fans visiting Muppet-themed attractions or events seeking that signature Waka Waka spirit.

5. Set the cupcakes aside and unwrap the pink and red chew candies. Roll the candies between clean hands to soften them.

Two whimsical balls of red and pink dough are displayed on a light brown table, capturing the fun, playful energy of Muppet-themed treats you might find at a Fozzie Bear cupcake stand in Disney’s Hollywood Studios.

6. Roll a small chunk of pink candy into a ball; this will be Fozzie’s nose.

7. Use a rolling pin to roll out the red chew candy and the remaining pink candy. The red candy will be Fozzie’s mouth. The pink will be his tongue.

Fozzie Bear-inspired red dough, flattened and shaped into three bright dough balls on parchment paper, ready to become whimsical treats worthy of a Muppet-themed bake-off at your favorite entertainment park—perfect for adding a dash of playful fun to your Cupcake Recipe adventure!.

8. Use kitchen shears to cut a mouth from the red chew candy and to cut a small tongue from the pink. Press the tongue onto the mouth.

9. Fozzie’s eyes are made of mini marshmallows and chocolate chews. Roll two tiny chocolate chew pieces into balls for Fozzie’s pupils.

10. Cut a mini marshmallow in half and press the chocolate chew pupils into the center for each eye.

A playful dough face styled with two eyes, a round nose, and a smiling red mouth, capturing the joyful look and iconic Waka Waka personality of Fozzie Bear as seen at The Muppets Courtyard in Disney’s Hollywood Studios.

11. Fozzie’s hat is made of half of a chocolate candy melt and half a chocolate chew. Press the chocolate chew onto the candy melt to make the hat.

12. Now add Fozzie’s features and hat to the cupcake.

13. After adding the hat, dot on peanut butter ears using the closed star frosting tip.

Fozzie Bear cupcake with his signature cartoon face and nods to the famous “Waka Waka” catchphrase, set against a playful polka dot backdrop—perfect for Muppet fans at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
