Updates Given Over Disney World’s Costly Christmas Party as Halloween Ends

The final pumpkin lanterns are flickering out at Walt Disney World Resort, making way for the twinkling lights of the holidays. With the end of Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party on October 31, Magic Kingdom Park prepares to transform into a winter wonderland for the return of Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, beginning November 7 and continuing on select nights through December 21.

This after-hours celebration runs from 7 p.m. to midnight, with guests invited to enter as early as 4 p.m. The hard-ticketed event offers a variety of holiday fun, from Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade to Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks Show and the lively stage production, Mickey’s Most Merriest Celebration, performed on the Castle Forecourt Stage. Throughout the evening, guests can enjoy complimentary cookies and festive beverages while experiencing snowfall on Main Street, U.S.A., and holiday overlays on favorite attractions like Space Mountain and the Jingle Cruise.

Magic Kingdom’s seasonal transformation also includes sparkling décor, wreaths, and garlands draping every corner. Guests can take part in family dance parties like Club Tinsel and Disney Jr. Jingle Jam, meet favorite Disney characters dressed in holiday attire, or indulge in exclusive dining options at Be Our Guest Restaurant and Cinderella’s Royal Table. Those looking for a premium view can enjoy the Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks Dessert Party.

Even with ticket prices ranging from $169 to $229, and discounts for Annual Passholders and Disney Vacation Club Members, this year’s event is already seeing tremendous demand. As of now, multiple nights have officially sold out. November dates include the 7th (Adult: $199/Children: $189), 10th ($169/$159), 11th ($169/$159), 13th ($179/$169), 16th ($179/$169), 21st ($189/$179), 25th ($199/$189), 26th ($199/$189), and 28th ($209/$199). December’s sold-out nights are December 2 ($199/$189), December 4 ($199/$189), December 5 ($209/$199), and the season finale on December 21 ($229/$219).

Recent updates from Blog Mickey confirm that November 13, November 16, and December 5 were among the latest dates to sell out. For those still hoping to experience the magic, remaining nights are available—but tickets are going fast. With exclusive merchandise, festive PhotoPass Magic Shots, and all the warmth of the holiday spirit, Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party continues to be a cherished Disney tradition.
