A serious incident unfolded earlier this week just steps away from the energy of Universal Orlando Resort, prompting a swift response from local law enforcement. The report from Click Orlando states that a 19-year-old was arrested after a troubling encounter occurred midday along the walkway that connects Universal CityWalk to several nearby resort hotels.
The individual involved reportedly approached a woman who had just exited the Margaritaville area of CityWalk. She was walking alone toward the hotels, passing beneath a pedestrian bridge, when a rider on a blue e-bike allegedly came close from the left side. According to the victim, he slowed down, reached between her legs over her shorts, and she felt penetration through the fabric. She shouted, “Don’t touch me!” before the rider quickly left the area.

Moments later, the woman said she spotted the same man again—this time positioned in bushes nearby with his pants down and actively masturbating. As she attempted to take a picture with her phone, he reportedly shouted an expletive, pulled up his clothing, and sped off once more on the e-bike.
The guest immediately returned to the security screening area at CityWalk and contacted authorities. She provided a photograph and detailed description to Universal security personnel, who then began tracking the suspect. Police located a man matching the description not far away, riding near the intersection of Hollywood Way and Turkey Lake Road. He was taken into custody without resistance, officials confirmed.

In court, it was stated by his father that the suspect had been diagnosed under the Baker Act and was experiencing mental-health concerns. Because of this, officials have not publicly released his name. The suspect is now facing two charges: sexual battery and exposure of sexual organs.
The investigation remains active as police continue to collect evidence and examine the surrounding circumstances.
