What is the Single Rider Line at Universal?

The Single Rider Line is a special queue designed to help guests experience more attractions in less time. Ideal for individuals who don’t mind riding solo, the Single Rider Line allows guests to fill in empty seats on ride vehicles, bypassing the regular queue. While it offers a faster wait time, it’s important to note that parties will be split up during the ride experience.

Epic Universe, Universal’s newest addition to the Orlando Resort, has added Single Rider Lines to several of its thrilling attractions, offering guests more flexibility to enjoy the park’s best offerings.

If you’re a thrill-seeker, you’ll be excited to know that all four roller coasters at Epic Universe will feature Single Rider Lines. These include some of the most anticipated and exhilarating attractions at the new park.

When browsing the attraction pages for these coasters in the Universal Orlando Resort app, guests will notice a “Single Rider Line” section under the “Details” tab. A small notice will also remind guests that, “parties will be split,” meaning that groups will be separated when using the Single Rider Line.

Since first stepping inside the Magic Kingdom at nine years old, I knew I was destined to be a theme Park enthusiast. Although I consider myself a theme Park junkie, I still have much to learn and discover about Disney. Universal Orlando Resort has my heart; being an Annual Passholder means visiting my favorite places on Earth when possible! When I’m not writing about Disney, Universal, or entertainment news, you’ll find me cruising on my motorcycle, hiking throughout my local metro parks, or spending quality time with my girlfriend, family, or friends.
