You will find The Sand Bar at Disney’s Contemporary Resort, a deluxe resort located along Magic Kingdom’s monorail route. This bar is found beside the resort’s feature pool, near the marina.

Quick Service or Table Service?

As a pool bar, this restaurant offers a Quick Service dining experience. This is a great spot to grab a quick meal or snack while lounging by the pool or while exploring Disney’s Contemporary Resort.

Atmosphere

The Sand Bar offers Guests many ways to enjoy a great meal or cocktail by the pool. Guests can take their order to-go, enjoy it poolside or at the tables outside, or dine in the air-conditioned bar for a break from the Florida heat.

 

Menu Options

Pina Colada

Delicious entrees include the BBQ Pork Quesadilla, Turkey Cuban Sandwich, Chicken Pita, 1/3 lb Angus Bacon Cheeseburger, Garden Salad, and Foot-Long All-Beef Hot Dog. Grab some Nachos with Chili and Cheese, a Mickey Pretzel, or Ice Cream for a quick snack. The restaurant offers kids’ meals, including a Turkey Sandwich, Hamburger, and All-Beef Hot Dog. Non-alcoholic beverages include the Lava Smoothie, Strawberry Lemonade, and Fever-Tree Ginger Beer. Signature cocktails feature the Piña CoLAVA, Strawberry Margarita, Frosé, Bourbon Breeze, Poolside Iced Tea, Blueberry Lemonade, Sunshine Margarita, Cucumber & Mint Vojito, and many more. Additionally, the bar serves various wines, beers, and sangria for Guests to enjoy. Guests can visit the My Disney Experience app for the restaurant’s complete menu.

Dining Tips

Beginning January 9, 2024, The Sand Bar will accept the Disney Dining Plans. This means that Guests using the Disney Dining Plan or the Quick Service Dining Plan will be able to redeem Quick Service meal and snack credits at this restaurant.
