Woman Says Disney Refused Her Entry to Space Mountain Multiple Times

A 6’10” woman claims Disneyland Park cast members have repeatedly denied her access to Space Mountain despite her ability to fit in the ride vehicles, documenting multiple rejection attempts on social media.

Instagram user Allie (@callmeallie32) posted videos from several Space Mountain visits showing her testing seats and speaking with Disney cast members who ultimately prevented her from riding the Tomorrowland roller coaster.

Allie shared a video late last year of herself trying ADA-accessible Space Mountain seats. She wrote she was “tired of being told I can’t ride because I’m too tall,” describing herself as “6’10” and still growing.”

“I still enjoy trying though lol,” she captioned the footage showing her seated in the accessible vehicle.

In a follow-up post with the same video, she claimed cast members “kicked off of” Space Mountain despite appearing to fit comfortably:

“This isn’t made for 6’10” people.”

Allie attempted the attraction again recently, posting a video of a conversation with a Disney cast member—audio isn’t audible—before being escorted from the building.

“They wouldn’t let me on the ride because I was too tall,” she wrote.

Disney cast members reportedly escorted her through a backstage area and out of the attraction building. Allie posted footage walking through Space Mountain’s behind-the-scenes corridors:

“It’s not often Disneyland staff invite you behind the scenes in the park… They felt sorry for me because I was too tall to ride.”

Space Mountain’s official restrictions don’t include maximum height limits—only minimum height requirements appear on Disneyland Resort‘s website. Disney advises guests with fit concerns to speak with cast members at attraction entrances. Some rides offer test seats or accessible vehicles accommodating different body types.
