Disney Replaces Marvel Studios With Stitch in Latest Public Offering

Disney has replaced Marvel Studios-themed merchandise with Stitch at a popular kiosk in Walt Disney Studios Park at Disneyland Paris Resort. The transformation is part of a broader reimagining of the second European Disney park, which will officially reopen as Disney Adventure World in 2026.

As part of the Walt Disney Studios Park overhaul, three new merchandise kiosks are being constructed near some of the park’s most iconic attractions, including the Animagique Theater, Studio Theater, and The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror. At least one of these new kiosks is expected to be operational before the spring 2026 reopening of Disney Adventure World, which will also introduce the World of Frozen expansion.

In the meantime, a guest at Disneyland Paris Resort shared an intriguing update from Walt Disney Studios Park. On Tuesday, the X (formerly Twitter) account @PixiedustDLP posted a video showing the transformation of a merchandise kiosk that once sold Marvel Studios-themed souvenirs. The kiosk is now fully dedicated to Stitch merchandise, with Disney cast members adding colorful Stitch-themed decorations, including paper banners and stickers, to the space.

Located between Stitch Live! and the Avengers Campus, this small store now offers a variety of Lilo & Stitch (2002) merchandise, including plush toys of Stitch, Leroy, and Angel, as well as accessories and bubble wands. Similar merchandise can also be found at various other locations throughout Disneyland Paris, Walt Disney Studios Park, and Disney Village.

Just steps away from the kiosk is Stitch Live!, an interactive show that uses digital puppetry technology to create an immersive experience for Disney Park guests. The show, which debuted in Disneyland Paris Resort in 2008, is part of a broader Stitch attraction family that includes similar experiences at Tokyo Disneyland and Shanghai Disneyland.
