Special Culinary Experiences Scheduled at Walt Disney World

Dining at Walt Disney World is a big deal.  The restaurants stay booked and busy all the time, and guests can’t get enough of these delicious meals that are prepared by outstanding culinary experts.  Disney has started to offer additional culinary experiences that are above and beyond what you typically get in the restaurants.  We have rounded up a summary of these events scheduled at Walt Disney World so you can check them out and make your reservations.  We have all of the details below:

June 28th:

This event will be a special culinary experience to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Ratatouille, the popular Disney Pixar movie about Remy, the rat who loved to cook.  The menu will be created by Chef Dominique Filoni, the chef for Citricos at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa.  The special ticketed event will be hosted on June 18th at 6:30PM.  Reservations for this event can be made by calling 407-939-5773.

July 4th:

Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa will be hosting a special 4th of July cookout at the resort.  The menu includes grilled steak and shrimp, along with amazing sides.  There will also be classic cookout food like hot dogs, baked beans and more, too.  Guests will also have sweet treats as they get to enjoy the fireworks from the resort’s marina area.  There will also be a DJ playing fun music to keep the event lively and activities for the kiddos.  The event will cost $120, plus tax for adults and $59, plus tax for children (ages 3 to 9).  Gratuity is included in the cost of admission.  Reservations for this event can be made by calling 407-WDW-DINE.

July 19th:  

This event will take guests on a voyage under the sea with unique seafood pairings and other culinary delights.  The menu will be created and prepared by Chef Timothy Majoras, the chef for Flying Fish Cafe.  The event will take place at the restaurant at Disney’s Boardwalk on July 19th at 6:30PM.  Reservations for this event can be made by calling 407-939-5773.
