Guests can find Siestas Cantina at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort, a moderate Walt Disney World Resort. This pool bar is located near the Lost City of Cibola pool area. This themed area is also home to the Iguana Arcade, Explorer Playground, and the resort’s volleyball court. This dining location is just a boardwalk away from Three Bridges Bar and Grill at Villa del Lago.

Quick Service or Table Service?

Siestas Cantina is a Quick Service dining location offering poolside service. This pool bar serves appetizers and entrees until 9:00 p.m. and cocktails until 10:00 p.m.

Atmosphere

The Lost City of Cibola pool provides the perfect atmosphere to relax with a frozen cocktail. Enjoy a drink at the bar, eat at nearby tables, or take your food poolside to a lounge chair.

Menu Options

This pool bar is a great stop for both a refreshing cocktail and a meal. If you stop by before 9:00 p.m., you can enjoy delightful appetizers, entrees, and kids’ meals for younger Guests. Try the Walking Nachos, Jalapeño Mac & Cheese Bites, Mexican Fruit Salad, Chicken Caesar Salad, Mojo Shrimp Tacos, and Personal Pan Pizzas. Kids will love the Cheeseburger and Chicken Tender Basket.

Signature cocktails feature the Coconut Mojito, Wildberry Limeade, Royal Empress, Mai’yan Tai, Strawberry Sunrise Mimosa, and Patrón Top Shelf. For a frozen cocktail, enjoy the Cancun Colada, Coronadorita, Besito Daiquiri, Frosé, Lava Flow, or El Sauvignon Pasión. Guests can find the complete menu on the My Disney Experience app.

Dining Tips

On January 9, 2023, the updated Disney Dining Plan will return to the Walt Disney World Resort. Upon its return, this restaurant will accept both dining plans. This means that Guests using the Disney Dining Plan or the Quick Service Dining Plan will be able to redeem Quick Service meal and snack credits at this dining location.
