Disneyland just made renewing a Magic Key pass more appealing than it has been in a while. Starting May 27, every Magic Key holder who renews their pass receives a Disney Dining Card, and the value of that card depends on which tier of pass they hold.
This is not a complicated promotion with a long list of conditions. It is free dining credit delivered automatically with a renewal decision that most Magic Key holders were probably going to make anyway.
The Card Values
The dining card value scales with the pass tier being renewed. Inspire Key holders receive a $100 dining card. Believe Key holders receive $75. Explore Key holders receive $50. Imagine Key holders receive $25.
Every tier gets something meaningful and the structure rewards the passholders making the largest investment in the program. At $100 for an Inspire Key renewal the card covers a full signature dining experience or multiple quick service meals, which is a benefit with real and immediate practical value for anyone who eats at the resort during their visits.
How the Disneyland Card Is Delivered
The dining card is sent by email within 72 hours of completing the renewal. It goes to the email address provided at checkout during the renewal purchase, so using the correct email address when renewing matters. Passholders renewing multiple passes receive a separate email and card for each renewal, rather than a single combined card covering all of them.
How to Use It
Redeeming the dining card is straightforward across several options. Present the barcode or account number to a cast member at participating restaurant locations. For mobile orders through the Disneyland app, enter the account number at checkout the same way a Disney Gift Card would be applied. The card can also be added to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet for guests who prefer to access it directly from their phone.
The dining card is valid at participating restaurants inside the parks and at Disneyland Resort hotels, typically the same locations that accept Disney Gift Cards. It is not valid at Downtown Disney.
When the Disneyland Offer Runs
The offer launched May 27 2026 and runs through May 26 2027. That is a full year of renewal windows covered which means Magic Key holders whose passes come due at any point during that period are eligible as long as they renew before the offer expires.
For passholders who were already planning to renew the dining card is a straightforward bonus that requires no additional steps. For anyone who was hesitating about committing to another year free dining credit worth up to $100 is a concrete reason to stop waiting.
