Disney Dining Serving up the latest Disney Eats, Treats, News, and More!
We are excited to learn that Reese Witherspoon will be making an appearance at the Planet Hollywood Observatory in Disney Springs at Walt Disney World on Friday, March 17th. She will be there with Robert Earl, the founder and CEO of Planet Hollywood, for the official ribbon cutting at the newly re-opened restaurant. The event will take place at 6PM EST right outside of the restaurant location. It will be a momentous occasion for guests in the area to be a part of.
The restaurant actually opened to guests for the first time in January for the soft opening, but this event will serve as the official opening. Reese also isn’t the first celebrity to make an appearance at the resort. Britney Spears was at the resort last week meeting and greeting with guests. Guy Fieri, celebrity chef, is also the creator of the menu and a huge part of the newly re-imagined restaurant. We hope that this becomes a new trend where we can expect to see more A-list celebrities make appearances at this popular restaurants that aims to recognize Hollywood glitz and glamour.
