Reduced Private Dining Hours Coming to Select Walt Disney World Deluxe Resorts

Many of the Deluxe Walt Disney World resorts previously offered a 24 hour private dining service where guests can order food and have it delivered directly to their resort room.  It appears that now this service will be changed for select resorts on property.  The changes will be in effect starting on October 29th, and guests will have to adhere to the specified hours if they want to order food from their rooms.  We have the details for the known impacted resorts below:

Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge:

• Breakfast: 6 AM to 12 PM
• All Day Dining: 12 PM  to 12 AM

Disney’s Boardwalk Resort

• Breakfast: 6 AM to 12 PM
• All Day Dining: 12 PM  to 12 AM

Disney’s Contemporary Resort:

• Breakfast: 6 AM to 12 PM
• All Day Dining: 12 PM to 11 PM
• Late Night: 11 PM to 2 AM

Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa

• Breakfast: 6 AM to 12 PM
• All Day Dining: 12 PM to 11 PM
• Late Night: 11 PM to 2 AM

Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort

• Breakfast: 6 AM to 12 PM
• All Day Dining: 12 PM  to 12 AM

Disney’s Yacht and Beach Club Resorts

• Breakfast: 6 AM to 12 PM
• All Day Dining: 12 PM to 11 PM
• Late Night: 11 PM to 2 AM

If guests want to take advantage of the Private Dining option, then they can press “Dining Options” on the phone in the resort room.  An 18% gratuity, $3.00 delivery charge and 6.5% sales tax will apply to all delivery orders. A minimum order may apply, so guests will need to inquire about that.  Some Dining Plan entitlements are available for the meal.
