Guests have been waiting for a long time to experience the completely updated and re-envisioned Planet Hollywood Observatory at Disney Springs. It looks like the waiting may be over, as the restaurant is now taking reservations. The official opening date hasn’t been announced, but the restaurant is taking reservations for as early January 22nd. We expect to hear about an official grand opening very soon.
The restaurant is expected to be amazing! The menu for this location was created by celebrity chef, Guy Fieri. A lot of work has been put into refurbishing and re-imagining the entire restaurant from the inside to the outside. We can’t wait to finally see what it looks like and what the guest feedback is.
