The Planet Hollywood Observatory at Disney Springs, which has been under construction and refurbishment is starting to accept reservations. You are able to start booking the reservations now, but not yet on the Disney website. You have to call the restaurant at 407-827-7827 in order to book. The reservations are currently for dates starting on December 15, 2016 and after. Be sure to get your reservation now, if you want to be among the first to experience the new menu, atmosphere and theme.
