You will find On the Rocks Pool Bar at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort and Spa. This bar is located beside the High Rock Spring Pool, behind the resort’s main lobby. Nearby, you can also visit The Artist’s Palette, the resort’s largest Quick Service restaurant.

This pool bar offers a Quick Service dining experience. You don’t need a dining reservation to stop by for a quick bite, just your towel and some sandals.

This Disney pool bar offers a large selection of delicious entrees in addition to signature drinks. Enjoy the Saratoga Salad with Chicken, Cheese Steak Sandwich, Hot Ham and Cheese Sandwich, Barbecue Pulled Pork Sandwich, Chicken Strips, or Plant-based Gyro. If you’re craving a pizza, try out a thin crust Margherita Pizza, Three-Meat Pizza, Pepperoni Pizza, or Cheese Pizza. Kids will love the Macaroni and Cheese, Chicken Strips, and PB&J Uncrustable.
Non-alcoholic beverages include the Lava Smoothie, Fever Tree Ginger Beer, and Strawberry Smoothie. This bar’s signature cocktail is the Millionaire Margarita, featuring 1800 Reposado Tequila, Grand Marnier, Lime Juice, and Sweet-and-Sour. Other specialty cocktails include the Blueberry Lemonade, Bourbon Breeze, Captain’s Mai Tai, Piña CoLAVA, Frosé, and Strawberry Margarita.
