Official: Disney World’s Newest Attraction Will Come With Age Restrictions

Disney World is always evolving, offering guests new and exciting experiences both inside and outside its parks.

While Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Hollywood Studios, and Animal Kingdom continue to be the main draws, Disney Springs has grown into a major entertainment hub on its own.

Whether you’re grabbing a bite at one of the many restaurants, shopping for Disney-exclusive merchandise, or catching a live performance, there’s no shortage of things to do. Now, a brand-new attraction is making its way to Disney Springs, but before guests rush to experience it, they’ll need to be aware of the confirmed age restrictions.

Level99, a social gaming experience known for its interactive challenge rooms, has officially announced its age policy for the Disney Springs location. While the concept is primarily geared toward adults, kids and teens can participate under specific conditions.

Children 10 and under must be accompanied at all times by a paying adult (18 or older), while those between 11 and 15 can explore as long as an adult remains on the premises and is reachable by phone. For groups larger than six, additional adults must be present to supervise minors in smaller teams.

Level99 has gained popularity in other cities for its unique mix of physical and mental challenges. Unlike traditional attractions, this experience requires teamwork, strategy, and endurance, making it a hit among those looking for something more engaging than a standard arcade.

The company describes itself as an “adult playground,” though that doesn’t mean kids are entirely excluded—just that some of the activities might be too difficult for younger guests. Parents bringing children should consider their comfort level with climbing, problem-solving, and fast-paced games before visiting.

Taking over the space formerly occupied by the NBA Experience, Level99 marks a shift in Disney Springs’ approach to interactive entertainment. The NBA Experience, which replaced DisneyQuest, never gained much traction and ultimately shut down in 2021. Now, Level99 brings a fresh, team-based concept that could attract a wider audience, from locals to tourists looking for something new. The experience typically lasts two to three hours and includes a dining area for guests to unwind after their gameplay session.

With its official age policy now in place, Level99 is set to bring a new layer of entertainment to Disney Springs. While it might not be the right fit for every family, those looking for a more active, strategy-based attraction will likely find it an exciting addition. If you’re planning a visit, be sure to check the rules ahead of time—because this is one attraction that has some restrictions on who can play.
