Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is a special ticketed event offered at Magic Kingdom Park in Walt Disney World. The event is offered select nights starting August 17th through October 31st, 2018.  If you purchase your tickets in advance, you will pay $75 for adults and $70 for children (ages 3 to 9), plus applicable taxes. Space is limited for each party night, so guests should definitely purchase their tickets in advance if possible. We have a look at some of the changes coming to the 2018 parties.
Disney announced a few new, exciting things coming to attractions at the parties this year:
- Pirates of the Caribbean:Â There will be new pirates that invade the experience and interact with guests to join the search for Gunpowder Pete.
- Mad Tea Party:Â There will be special lighting and effects to transform the experience.
- Space Mountain:Â There will be a new soundtrack during the attraction.
- Storybook Circus Disney Junior Jam:Â This is a special dance party featuring favorite Disney Junior Characters, including Doc McStuffins.
This year is the 25th anniversary of Walt Disney Pictures’ “Hocus Pocus.” This makes it an especially special year to check out the Hocus Pocus Villain Spectacular, which will take place on the Cinderella Castle Forecourt stage. There will also be special Hocus Pocus merchandise available, too.
Many of the popular experiences are also returning this year, like Mickey’s Boo-To-You Halloween Parade and Happy HallowWishes. There will also be appearances from a variety of different characters and trick-or-treating stations for guests.
