Disney Dining Serving up the latest Disney Eats, Treats, News, and More!
We announced previously that several snack locations around the theme parks would be receiving the new, popular Mobile Ordering service. We didn’t have the dates for when we could expect the service to be adding to The Lunching Pad or Aloha Isle, but it looks like we now have that confirmation. The Lunching Pad began offering the service today, while Aloha Isle is scheduled to onboard the service tomorrow. These are the first of the snack kiosks to start offering the service, and we are extremely excited about it. This means that guests will be able to pre-order and pay for a Dole Whip without waiting in line! It’s almost like Dole Whips on demand!
With the service, guests are able to order and pay for their meal via My Disney Experience on their phones. Once they arrive at the restaurant, then they can check the “I am here” button and the location will start prepping your food. You receive a notification when your food is ready and which window to go and pick up the food from. If you are on the Disney Dining Plan, unfortunately you won’t be able to to use the service since it is currently isn’t synced with the Disney Dining Plans. We definitely hope that this will be an enhancement in the future!
