Mobile Ordering Program Disappears From Disneyland App
A Tomorrowland dining staple at Disneyland Park has quietly overhauled the way guests place their orders. This Mobile Ordering change happened so fast that most Disneyland Resort guests didn’t see it coming until they arrived.
Gone From the App Overnight

The first sign that something was shifting at Alien Pizza Planet came on Wednesday, May 20, when Disneyland Resort removed the restaurant’s Mobile Ordering page from its app without any public explanation. By Thursday, May 21, Disney Park guests arriving at the Quick-Service pizza and pasta spot in Tomorrowland discovered what had replaced it.
In-person ordering — absent from Alien Pizza Planet since Disneyland Resort reopened following its COVID-19 pandemic closure in 2021 — was suddenly back. Kiosks throughout the restaurant now allow guests to place individual orders for single servings of pizza, pasta, salads, sides, drinks, and other menu items, with separate check-out lines to complete the purchase.
What Mobile Ordering Now Covers

The old Mobile Ordering setup for Alien Pizza Planet is gone, but Mobile Ordering itself hasn’t disappeared from the location entirely. Disneyland Resort has introduced the Alien Pizza Planet Express Mobile Order program in its place, limiting app-based ordering to family-style meals only.
Two options are currently available through the Express program: a Whole Pepperoni Pizza Family Meal and a Whole Cheese Pizza Family Meal. Both include a 16-inch pizza, fountain drinks, side salads, and breadsticks. Anything outside of those two packages requires an in-person order at the kiosks inside the restaurant.
Everything Else Stays the Same

The restructuring at Alien Pizza Planet doesn’t affect Mobile Ordering elsewhere across Disneyland Resort. Individual meal orders through the app remain fully available at Quick-Service dining locations throughout Disneyland Park, Disney California Adventure Park, and the Downtown Disney District. The complete list of participating restaurants is accessible through the Disneyland Resort app.
