Massive changes have been made for a new Walt Disney World Resort attraction.

Walt Disney World Resort is known as “The Most Magical Place on Earth.” Disney World is home to four theme parks: Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Disney’s Animal Kingdom, and Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Each Disney Park includes something for Guests of all ages and sizes.

Disney World is a popular tourist location seeing thousands of Guests walk through its gates daily. Guests head to Disney World to make memories that will last a lifetime. Disney Guests can enjoy meeting characters, riding attractions, and much more. Walt Disney World Resort is always looking to update, grow and keep Guests on their toes.

EPCOT is part of that growing process. EPCOT, which stands for Experimental Prototype Community of Tomorrow, focuses on technology, innovation, and international culture. EPCOT is home to many iconic attractions, including the World Showcase and much more for Guests to explore. The World Showcase highlights the culture, architecture, and cuisine of 11 different countries such as France, Canada, China, and many more. EPCOT is in the process of building Journey of Water, Inspired by Moana, which is set to open in late 2023 as part of World Nature.

For the first time ever Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind had a standby line. This was during the EPCOT After Hours event this week. The attraction has been accessible by virtual queue or paid Individual Lightning Lane, but it had a standby queue for Guests to enjoy then. This may be foreshadowing for what’s to come in the future, but for now you’ll only be able to enjoy Cosmic Rewind through the virtual queue, which drops each day at 7:00 a.m. and then again at 1:00 p.m., or pay for an Individual Lightning Lane attraction.

Disney describes Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind as a family-thrill attraction that features the first-ever reverse-launch on a Disney coaster and is one of the largest fully-enclosed coasters in the world! A new innovation from Walt Disney Imagineering—this coaster rotates 360 degrees so you can focus on the action!

With this new change to Guardians of the Galaxy Cosmic Rewind, will this get more Guests interested in riding this attraction more than once a day?
