Margaritaville Resort Orlando Opens Adding Another Option for Off-Property Walt Disney World Stays

For those of you out there who prefer to stay off of Walt Disney World property when you visit for your vacation.  You may want to check out this new resort that officially opened in the Orlando area on Wednesday, January 23rd, 2019.  The resort is Margaritaville Resort Orlando, which is an island-inspired hotel.  The ribbon cutting was a huge event that had stilt walkers, dancers, steel drums and more.  There are a variety of great amenities and offerings at this themed resort hotel.  We have some of the details on the dining and other offerings below:

Dining

• Salty Rim Bar & Grill: a poolside bar and grill serving island-inspired comfort-foods and grilled favorites.

Spa

There are eight treatment rooms, plus a sauna, steam room, and salt room.  St. Somewhere Spa is the ideal spot to relax and rejuvenate the mind, body, and soul. Guests may experience custom designed treatments and indulge in a relaxing Wastin’ Away Signature Massage or Margaritaville Signature Facial.

Events

There are on-staff event planners and over 40,000 sq. ft. of flexible indoor and outdoor spaces with great views. Margaritaville Hotel Orlando and the entire grand resort destination are the perfect place for a wedding, meeting or celebration.

The Parakeets Kids’ and Teens’ Club

There resort isn’t just for adults either! Margaritaville Hotel Orlando has options for all ages with The Parakeets Kids’ and Teens’ Club offering games, arts and crafts, and daily activities with a staff of trained counselors. For older kids, the Teen Center boasts daily programmed exploration activities, events, games, movies and more. The club welcomes ages 5-17.
