On December 25th, 2015, Tan Bui was trampled at Disney Springs by a person that hasn’t been identified. Bui suffered from neck and shoulder injuries from the accident. He claims that Disney security wasn’t properly trained and also didn’t investigate possible criminal activity. Bui wants a trial by jury to pursue damages to be paid by Disney.
