Disney Dining Serving up the latest Disney Eats, Treats, News, and More!
The popular snack location in the Norway pavilion at Epcot’s World Showcase in Walt Disney World, Kringla Bakeri og Kafe, is scheduled to close for a lengthy refurbishment this February, 2018. Currently, the refurbishment is expected to begin on February 4th, 2018 and will run in the summer of 2018. The exact date for when the location will re-open hasn’t been announced yet. Part of the work that is expected to be completed is an expansion of the location from what it is today.
While Kringla Bakeri og Kafe is closed, there will be a temporary location that will open in the meantime. The location will be known as Midnattsol Bakeri. It is expected to serve many of the favorite pastry and snack items, included the very popular School Bread. This is great news for all of the guests out there! It would be a shame to have to go multiple months without a School Bread fix.
We will keep you posted as we learn more about this refurbishment and when we can officially expect Kringla Bakeri og Kafe to finally re-open.
