Enjoy a delightful meal of decadent Sushi or Spice-Rubbed Salmon at Kona Cafe for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

Location

Guests will find Kona Cafe at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort. The restaurant is located on the second floor of the Great Ceremonial House, the building that houses the Resort’s main lobby. This dining location is next door to Kona Island, a Quick Service cafe serving grab-and-go sushi, pastries, and Joffrey’s Coffee.

Quick Service or Table Service?

Kona Cafe is a Table Service restaurant offering a relaxing dining environment. This dining location does require an advanced dining reservation. Dining reservations can be made online or through the My Disney Experience app up to 60 days before your visit. If you can’t snag a reservation, the restaurant also allows Guests to order meals to-go using the Disney Mobile Order feature. This feature enables Guests to order using the My Disney Experience app.

This restaurant offers a relaxing dining environment with tropical decor. The casual atmosphere allows you to enjoy your meal in a comfortable, family-friendly setting.

During breakfast, Guests can enjoy iconic eats like Tonga Toast, Plant-based Loco Moco, and Macadamia Nut Pancakes. Try Crispy Pork-Vegetable Pot Stickers, Sushi Rolls, Poke’ Bowls, Burgers, Salads, or Stir-Fry for lunch. Dinner at Kona Cafe offers delicious options Glazed Chicken Wings, Kona-braised Short Rib, and specialty Sushi Rolls and Poke Bowls. Finish out your meal with the restaurant’s signature Pineapple-Coconut Bread Pudding or assorted Dessert Glasses. For the complete menu, Guests can visit the My Disney Experience app.

Dining Tips

Beginning January 9, 2024, this dining location will accept the Disney Dining Plan. This means that Guests using the Disney Dining Plan during their stay will be able to redeem a Table Service meal credit at this restaurant. Additionally, Walt Disney World Annual Passholders and Disney Visa Cardmembers receive a 10% discount at this location.
