EPCOT’s New Attraction Is Now Open – For a Limited Time

EPCOT has just debuted a new attraction, but there’s a catch: it’s only available for a limited time. As part of the 2025 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival, the Harvest Hallow Playground is now open, offering a fun and festive space for guests of all ages. But like many seasonal attractions, it’s only here for a few months—so make sure to check it out before it’s gone.

On August 28, 2025, the Harvest Hallow Playground officially opened to guests in a flex space within EPCOT’s World Discovery neighborhood. This space has undergone multiple transformations, with the Stormalong Bay-themed playground serving as the centerpiece during the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival earlier this year. Now, as part of the fall celebrations, the area has been reimagined to complement the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival.

Located near the Global Marketplaces area, which features popular booths like Forest & Field and Milled & Mulled, the Harvest Hallow Playground is designed with a rustic, autumn theme. Fall-inspired décor and woodland creature imagery, including characters like Squirrel and Fox, bring the space to life.

According to WDWNT, the new playground features artificial turf, shaded canopies, and whimsical landscaping, setting the perfect scene for family fun. Kids can explore and climb faux hollow logs, mushroom-shaped steps, and other nature-themed structures. There are picnic tables for both adults and kids to enjoy a break, as well as acorn-shaped stools for little ones.

While the Harvest Hallow Playground is sure to be a hit with families, it won’t be around forever. The attraction will be available throughout the 2025 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival, running from August 28 to November 22, 2025. So, if you’re planning a trip to Walt Disney World Resort during the festival, be sure to stop by this charming, fall-inspired spot before it’s gone.
