EPCOT has begun installing topiaries and displays for the Flower & Garden Festival despite the Festival of the Arts still running for another two weeks, creating an awkward overlap between the events.
Character topiaries, including Phineas and Ferb, Goofy, and Bambi with friends, appeared throughout the park this week, along with butterfly and flower-shaped garden installations. The EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival doesn’t officially start until March 4, and the Festival of the Arts continues through February 23.

Phineas and Ferb stand near CommuniCore Plaza in World Celebration. Bambi, Thumper, and Flower occupy the bridge between World Celebration and World Showcase. Goofy sits along the rose garden walk between the Imagination! Pavilion and World Showcase.
Disney’s landscaping crew also installed butterfly and flower displays along pathways connecting World Nature and World Celebration neighborhoods.
Walt Disney World Resort announced Tuesday that over 60 Disney and Pixar character topiaries and 31 garden displays would appear during the 2026 Flower & Garden Festival, which runs March 4 through June 1. Installation began less than 24 hours later.
Additional topiaries planned for this year include characters from Toy Story (1995), Lilo & Stitch (2002), Cars (2006), and Monsters, Inc. (2001). More displays will likely emerge as the March 4 opening approaches.
What’s Coming to the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival
The festival features limited-time food and beverage offerings, themed merchandise, and entertainment across EPCOT. The Garden Rocks Concert Series returns to America Gardens Theatre with performers including Simple Plan, Plain White T’s, Air Supply, and Sugar Ray. Walt Disney World Resort guests can access concerts via standby or purchase dining packages for reserved seating.
Other festival components include Spike’s PollenNation Exploration, Butterfly Landing Presented by AdventHealth, the Eggstravaganza Scavenger Hunt, Camp Get Out’ N’ Play Garden presented by OFF! Repellents, Blossoms of Fragrance presented by Scentsy, English Tea Garden Tours presented by Twinings, Rain or Shine Fruit Stand Presented by Outshine, and The Honey Bee-stro Garden Hosted by The National Honey Board.
