Food and wine fans won’t have to wait until EPCOT’s biggest culinary celebration begins to start looking over some major menus.
Disney World is heading into a busy stretch for anyone who plans vacations around what they can eat and drink. EPCOT has its massive festival approaching, but another event nearby is already giving guests plenty to think about.
More than 50 dishes are on the way, along with a beverage selection that stretches well into the hundreds. And unlike EPCOT’s upcoming event, we already know quite a bit about what will be served.
EPCOT’s Big Food Festival Is Getting Closer
The EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival begins on August 27, bringing back food booths and drinks inspired by cuisines from around the world to the park.
Rather than sitting down for a single large meal, guests can move between booths to build their own tasting experience. Smaller portions make it possible to sample several dishes while exploring EPCOT.
With the festival getting closer, fans are still waiting for the complete 2026 menu lineup.
In the meantime, another Food & Wine event at Disney World has revealed its own menus.
Another Food & Wine Event Is Returning
The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic will return for its 17th year on Friday, November 20, and Saturday, November 21.
The event runs from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. each night at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resorts. Admission includes unlimited tastings of participating food and beverages throughout the evening.
Its Crescent Lake location also puts guests close to EPCOT. Visitors can walk or take a boat between the Swan and Dolphin area and World Showcase, allowing them to experience both on the same Disney World trip.
Once the Classic begins, guests will have a lot to sample.
More Than 50 Dishes Are on the Menu
Organizers have planned more than 50 dishes and over 170 beverage selections for the two-night event.
The Swan and Dolphin’s overall culinary program includes 23 restaurants and lounges. The Food & Wine Classic will feature participating locations such as Bourbon Steak by Michael Mina, Rosa Mexicano, Kimonos, Il Mulino, The Fountain, and Todd English’s bluezoo.
Live music will add to the street-party atmosphere, while celebrity chefs Todd English and Michael Mina will be featured in special chef experiences.
Guests can also explore returning themed areas such as Chinatown and For the Love of Florida. The Beer Garden will focus on beer and food, while champagne takes center stage inside the Bubble Lounge.
But the newly revealed dishes are likely to attract plenty of attention.
Here’s What Guests Can Eat
The 2026 lineup includes Wagyu beef, seafood, pork, pasta, tacos, and several lighter choices.
Some of the announced dishes include:
- Oyster Espuma (Friday & Saturday) — Todd English’s bluezoo pairs Gruyère panna cotta with a champagne sphere, sea beans, crispy parmesan, and tobiko caviar.
- Mini Smash Burger (Friday) — The Fountain serves American Wagyu beef, American cheese, caramelized onion, Roma tomato, garlic aioli, and a cheddar-jalapeño slider roll.
- Watermelon Feta Salad (Saturday) — Amare combines watermelon and feta with sumac onions, grilled halloumi, fresh mint, and red wine vinaigrette.
- Slow Braised Wagyu Beef Short Rib (Friday & Saturday) — Bourbon Steak by Michael Mina pairs the beef with celery root espuma and shallot marmalade.
- Lasagna (Friday) — Il Mulino features house-made pasta, eggplant, fresh pomodoro, béchamel, roasted mushrooms, and caper crumbles.
- Blackened Cedar Plank Grouper (Friday & Saturday) — For the Love of Florida serves red grouper with coconut rice, ginger black beans, green onion, and chili-mango-pineapple pico de gallo.
- Tacos de Cochinita Pibil (Friday & Saturday) — Rosa Mexicano serves achiote-marinated roasted pork on fresh corn tortillas with pickled cabbage, slaw, onions, and cilantro.
- Slow Cooked Berkshire Pork Belly (Friday) — Smokin D’s pairs pork belly with carrot-ginger puree, chai-apricot glaze, crunchy garlic, and a hickory-smoked cane sugar “cloud.”
- Cured Salmon, Blue Crab (Friday) — Kimonos adds takuan, avocado, mentaiko sauce, yuzu tobiko, and micro radish.
Returning Favorites Round Out the Lineup
Not everything on the menu will be different this year.
Two returning options include:
- Chips and Salsa Bar (Friday & Saturday) — Rosa Mexicano serves fresh corn tortilla chips alongside several salsas and accompaniments.
- Shu Mein (Friday & Saturday) — Chinatown offers Shanghai noodles with braised tofu, shiitake mushrooms, bamboo, and vegan broth.
Guests will also have access to wine selections from around the world, plus beer at the Beer Garden and champagne inside the Bubble Lounge.
Food Fans Have Plenty to Plan
EPCOT’s festival may be the bigger name, but the Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic takes a different approach.
Guests purchase admission and can sample dozens of dishes and drinks throughout the four-hour event rather than buying individual items along the way.
With more than 50 dishes and over 170 beverage choices coming in November, Disney World food fans now have another major 2026 menu to start studying before EPCOT’s own festival even begins.
