Disney World Magic Kingdom Access Reduced Even More
The fall season at Walt Disney World Resort officially begins when Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party returns to Magic Kingdom, and 2025 is already proving to be a big year for the event. Guests are securing their spots for this after-hours celebration faster than ever—August 15, August 17, August 19, August 22, August 29, September 12, and October 31 have already sold out.
This year’s parties will run select evenings from August 15 through October 31, with most dates scheduled for Fridays, Sundays, and Tuesdays. Starting September 25, Thursdays are also part of the mix. Admission is separate from regular park tickets, though party guests can enter Magic Kingdom beginning at 4 p.m. The event officially starts at 7 p.m. and runs late into the night.
Entertainment offerings include the fan-favorite Boo-To-You Halloween Parade, complete with the Headless Horseman’s ride and appearances by Disney characters and villains. Cinderella Castle will once again host the Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular, where the Sanderson Sisters join forces with other mischievous Disney favorites. Jack Skellington will return to host Disney’s Not-So-Spooky Spectacular, the evening’s fireworks and projection finale.
New this year, Jack and Sally will greet guests in updated costumes based on their designs in The Nightmare Before Christmas (1993). Guests can also find Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, and other beloved Disney characters in festive attire, along with rare appearances such as the Seven Dwarfs.
From special treats to Disney PhotoPass Magic Shots, there’s no shortage of seasonal fun. Adults are welcome to join in on the costume tradition, just remember to review the guidelines before arriving. Ticket prices range from $119 to $229, with Annual Passholders enjoying a $10 discount on select August and September nights.
Given that last year’s event completely sold out by September 24, those planning to attend this season will want to act quickly. The magic, memories, and just a touch of Halloween mischief are all waiting at Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party.
