The build-your-own popcorn experience at Magic Kingdom’s Main Street Confectionery became one of those things Disney regulars would mention as a must-do, and getting to it always meant a park ticket. That changed. Goofy’s Candy Company at Disney Springs now offers the same kind of custom popcorn experience, bringing the concept out of the parks and into the district.
The current lineup includes the Orange Bird Popcorn, a Disney Springs exclusive with bright citrus flavor, and Peanut Butter Pretzel Popcorn for the sweet-salty crowd. The build-your-own option lets guests pick a popcorn base, a drizzle, and mix-ins to create a custom combination. For families or anyone who considers popcorn a serious food category, this is a destination stop in the district.
Six Ravens Is Almost Ready and the Menu Is Worth Knowing
The most anticipated Disney Springs opening in years is approaching its debut. Six Ravens is the savory sister concept from the team behind Gideon’s Bakehouse, the Orlando bakery known for elaborate cookies, theatrical atmosphere, and waits that sometimes require a virtual queue. Six Ravens applies the same approach to meals.
The full menu is now public. The concept centers on Coffyns, sandwich fillings enclosed inside house-made yeast rolls, all priced at $10.99. The seven options include The Peasant’s Patty (cheeseburger with American cheese and dill pickle), The Villain of Valentina (basil-pesto chicken with balsamic tomatoes and garlic), The Wizard’s Wonder (mac and cheese, pulled pork, pickled poblano peppers, and barbecue-seasoned crumbs), The Imperial Idol (coconut-curry chicken, potato, and carrot), The Moreish Monk (grilled cheese with Vermont white cheddar, Havarti, and tomato jam), The Forager’s Find (sweet potatoes, black bean-corn salsa, pepitas, and Cotija cheese), and The Rooster’s Roar, a breakfast Coffyn with bacon, egg, and cheese available from 9 a.m. until sold out.
Adding smashed potatoes at $8.66 and a beverage brings the total to $23 to $29, depending on drink choices. Dining Plan credits are not accepted. The restaurant features five taps of local Florida craft beverages from partners including The Ravenous Pig, Crooked Can, and Sideward Brewing.
Six Ravens has had invited previews and its full menu is published, but Disney has not confirmed a public opening date. Do not build a Disney Springs trip around it until official hours are announced.
