Disney Announces New Reservation Window for Beak and Barrel Following Technical Issues

Technical Challenges Affecting Reservations

Disney’s dining reservation system encountered significant technical difficulties early yesterday morning. Just before 6 a.m. EST, the system crashed as eager guests lined up to secure bookings at the new Pirates of the Caribbean-themed bar, Beak and Barrel. Despite their anticipation, guests could not make reservations, leading to frustration among those who had planned their early mornings around this launch.

Disney’s tech team immediately sprang into action to address the failure. However, recovery efforts were sluggish, and when the system briefly returned online, it did not include reservations for Beak and Barrel. By 1 p.m., Disney confirmed reservations would not open as initially scheduled on August 14.

New Reservation Window Announcement

In response to the technical setback, Disney reassured guests of its commitment to resolving the issues. The company has announced that reservations for Beak and Barrel will open next week, although a specific date has yet to be provided. In a message on its website, Disney promised that guests would receive ample notice regarding the new reservation window.

  1. You mistakenly claim that the beacon barrel is an adult only bar. This is not true. It is family, friendly, but only adult adults are allowed to buy the alcoholic drinks.
