Mom Drags Children in Front of Disney Parade Float, Causes Traffic Jam

A viral video from Disneyland Resort recently captured a surprising moment when a parade came to an unexpected stop on Main Street, U.S.A. Thousands of Disney Park guests watched as a “family” caused a brief disruption during the Magic Happens Parade.

TikTok user @keri.bestdayevervacays shared the moment, which quickly went viral, showing a mother duck leading her ducklings straight into the parade’s path, effectively causing a “traffic jam.”

They showed up. Took over. Blocked the entire parade. Even cast members had to step in and gently guide them along. I’ve never seen entitlement so bold… or so adorable. The video shows a mother duck guiding her adorable babies right into the middle of the parade route. The TikTok user joked about the interruption, calling the family “entitled” but noting how undeniably cute the situation was.

“They showed up. Took over. Blocked the entire parade,” the Disney Park guest wrote. “Even cast members had to step in and gently guide them along. I’ve never seen entitlement so bold… or so adorable.”

The parade came to a halt, and a Coco (2017) float and several performers were stopped in their tracks as they waited for the feathered family to pass. Puppeters, dancers, and Disney characters continued their routines, but the ducks were the real stars, having their own parade on Main Street, U.S.A.

Luckily, Disney cast members swiftly responded to the situation. The video shows them gently guiding the ducks off the parade route and into a safe, fenced-off grassy area, allowing the parade to continue.

The video, which amassed over 10,000 likes and comments, delighted Disney Parks fans. Many shared their own jokes and thoughts about the interruption.

“Some families just don’t listen,” @urlabcontent77 joked.

“You got it wrong…,” said @sincerelyliu. “It’s more the parade was blocking their way.”

This cute incident is just one of many involving wildlife at Disney parks, where ducks and other animals often roam freely. Disney reminds visitors to maintain a safe distance from these creatures and never to feed them.
