Disney Confirms New Stitch and Pirates Experiences for Magic Kingdom as Dates Sell Out
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party hasn’t even reached the heart of the Halloween season, yet Disney fans are already snapping up tickets at an impressive pace. Several event nights have officially sold out, and Disney is giving guests another reason to join the celebration with two brand-new entertainment offerings coming to Magic Kingdom.
The new experiences bring Stitch and Captain Jack Sparrow into the spotlight, adding fresh entertainment to an event already packed with exclusive shows, trick-or-treating, and rare character appearances.
Stitch Takes Over Tomorrowland
One of the biggest additions this year is Stitch’s Masquerade Mashup, an interactive dance party debuting at the Rockettower Plaza Stage in Tomorrowland.
The experience centers on Stitch as he searches for the perfect Halloween costume. Guests will help him decide while enjoying music, games, dancing, candy giveaways, and plenty of audience participation. Lilo and Angel will also join the fun, making it an experience designed for families looking for more than a traditional stage show.
Disney appears to be leaning into Stitch’s energetic personality by creating an attraction that encourages guests to become part of the entertainment rather than simply watching from the sidelines.
For younger visitors especially, it offers another stop between trick-or-treat trails and attractions during the party.
Pirates Invade Adventureland
Adventureland is also receiving a major entertainment upgrade.
Disney has confirmed Captain Jack’s Buccaneer Bash, a new pirate-themed experience located outside Tortuga Tavern.
Captain Jack Sparrow will recruit guests to become members of his crew while leading a lively adventure filled with pirate music, daring jugglers, sailor superstitions, comedy, and audience participation.
The new offering replaces the Rusty Cutlass pirate band featured during previous Halloween parties, giving Adventureland a refreshed pirate experience while maintaining the area’s adventurous atmosphere.
Considering Pirates of the Caribbean remains one of Magic Kingdom’s signature attractions, the new entertainment fits naturally into Adventureland’s existing theme.
Returning Favorites Aren’t Going Anywhere
Disney isn’t replacing the party’s most popular entertainment. Instead, the company is expanding the lineup.

- Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular
- Disney’s Not-So-Spooky Spectacular fireworks
- Cadaver Dans Barbershop Quartet
The two new experiences will operate throughout all 38 Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party dates between August 7 and October 31, giving every guest the opportunity to experience them regardless of when they attend.
Tickets Continue to Sell Out
Demand for this year’s party continues to grow.

- August 18
- September 4
- October 9
- October 13
- October 31
Opening night and Halloween night have both reached capacity, while several additional August evenings also disappeared quickly.
Although tickets remain available for numerous dates, Disney fans planning a fall vacation may want to secure their preferred night sooner rather than later. Historically, more dates tend to sell out as Halloween draws closer.
With fresh entertainment joining an already popular lineup, it’s easy to understand why Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party continues to be one of Walt Disney World’s most sought-after seasonal events.
