A viral video from Disneyland Resort’s Christmas celebrations shows a Disney Park guest “threatening” parade characters. The clip amassed millions of views, leading some Disney Parks fans to call the guest a “monster.”
Instagram user @main_street_duo decided to combine two Disneyland Park Christmas traditions: enjoying a Mickey Mouse gingerbread cookie while watching A Christmas Fantasy Parade on Main Street, U.S.A. However, a few of the Disney park’s beloved holiday gingerbread characters weren’t happy to see a guest consuming their friend!
In a short video, the Disney Park guest bit the head off of a Mickey Mouse gingerbread cookie as the A Christmas Fantasy Parade gingerbread characters and their bakers walked by.
Cookie, look away!” one of the bakers said, guiding a gingerbread man away from the guest. Other bakers looked appalled.

The video amassed almost three million likes and spread like wildfire among Disney Parks fans.
“I love how in character everyone was,” @khayespicableme commented. “I would have dies laughing.”
“A true menace to the gingerbread society,” @donnierodriguez joked.
One fan on Reddit called the guest a “monster,” while others praised the Disney cast members involved in the parade for keeping the magic alive.
“Seeing things like this give me a glimmer of hope that the magic is not completely gone,” said Redditor u/psychotic_parakeet. “Well-done!”
“That cast member deserves all the kudos,” u/mokyami agreed.
As it turns out, this wasn’t the first time this Disney Park guest “threatened” the gingerbread characters. Eight years ago, the Instagram user made a similar video at Disneyland Park during A Christmas Fantasy Parade:
We redownloaded Snapchat to see if we could recover some old photos/videos from our early years together and it worked! This video is from our first Christmas together in 2016. We thought it would be funny if we ate a gingerbread cookie during the bakery portion of A Christmas Fantasy Parade. The gingerbread man was speechless and one of the bakers could be heard screaming “NOOOOO!”

This is one of our favorite holiday memories and we talk about recreating it sometime 😂

P.S. Can you believe there was a time when the gingerbread cookies from Jolly Holiday weren’t Mickey-shaped?!

“I was craving some more gingerbread!” the Disney Park guest joked. “After 8 years we finally recreated our favorite video!”
