Disney Brings Back Secret Easter Bunny Experience

Spring at Magic Kingdom doesn’t hit you all at once. It’s not like Halloween or Christmas, where decorations take over every inch of the park. Instead, it shows up in smaller ways—subtle details, seasonal snacks, and if you know where to look, a meet-and-greet that feels almost hidden.

That’s where Mr. and Mrs. Easter Bunny come in.

Tucked away in Liberty Square, this limited-time experience has returned once again for the 2026 Easter season. And while it might not be advertised as heavily as other offerings, it’s become one of those things longtime Disney fans make a point to visit every year.

A Location You Have to Seek Out

You won’t find a massive sign pointing you toward this meet-and-greet. Instead, it’s placed in a quieter corner of the park near Ye Olde Christmas Shoppe, inside a space often referred to as the “Bunny Lane Garden.”

The setting alone is worth the stop.

The Enchanted Glade Gazebo is surrounded by bright spring flowers—pinks, purples, whites—and it creates a completely different atmosphere compared to the rest of Liberty Square. It feels calm. Slower. Almost like stepping out of the park for a moment without actually leaving it.

That contrast is part of what makes the experience stand out.

Familiar Looks That Never Change

One thing that hasn’t changed over the years is how Mr. and Mrs. Easter Bunny look—and honestly, that’s part of the appeal.

Mr. Easter Bunny sticks with his pastel green jacket, purple pants, and matching top hat, giving him a polished, almost vintage style. Mrs. Easter Bunny complements that with a colorful dress made up of soft spring tones, finished with floral accents.

It’s classic Disney character design. And instead of reinventing it every year, Disney has leaned into consistency.

For returning guests, that familiarity matters. It turns the meet-and-greet into more than just a photo—it becomes part of a yearly tradition.

A Simple Experience That Still Works

There’s no Lightning Lane option here. No reservation system. No upsell.

You walk up, wait your turn, and meet the characters.

And in 2026, that feels almost rare.

Guests also receive a complimentary autograph card, which adds a little extra value to the interaction. It’s a small detail, but it gives kids (and honestly, adults too) something physical to take home from the experience.

Timing Your Visit

Because this meet-and-greet isn’t always clearly listed in the My Disney Experience app, it helps to plan ahead.

Typically, the Easter Bunny greets guests in the morning through mid-afternoon, roughly between 9:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. If you’re aiming for the shortest wait, earlier is always better.

By midday, more guests tend to wander into Liberty Square, and lines can build quickly for something that many people didn’t even realize was there.

Why It’s Worth the Stop

In a park filled with high-demand attractions and tightly scheduled days, this experience offers something different.

It’s easy. It’s relaxed. And it feels like Disney at its most simple.

That’s exactly why it continues to stick around.
