It is always exciting to check out a new dining location at Walt Disney World, so we are excited to learn that reservations are now available for Sebastian’s Bistro. This dining location is new to Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort as part of the work that has been underway. The location is a casual, family-friendly table service dining location with a menu that includes Latin and Caribbean flavors. The restaurant will also feature waterfront views with a warm, inviting atmosphere.
The menu will feature a variety of different options including seafood, steaks, salads, sandwiches, burgers and more. Some of the appetizer options include the Caribbean Pull-Apart Rolls (served with guava butter, mango chutney, and Jamaican jerk oil), Jamaican Meat Pies with Guajillo chili sauce, or the Arepa with slow-cooked pork and chili-mango barbecue sauce.
There are signature entree options that include the Skirt Steak “Chimichurri” with crispy yuca, Citrus-Stuffed Sustainable Whole Fish with turmeric brown rice and cilantro-lime vinaigrette, and Sautéed Shrimp and Tamales with sautéed peppers and salsa verde. The Crab Cake-topped Burger with lettuce, tomato, and horseradish mayonnaise sounds amazing, as well as the Crispy Avocado Bacon Burger with chimichurri and pico de gallo.
If you are vegan or prefer vegan dishes, offerings include the Island Curry “Eggless” Sandwich served on multigrain bread and the Plant-Based Bahn Mi Sandwich with cucumbers, pickled vegetables, and Miso-Sriracha mayonnaise.
Be sure to save room for dessert so that you can enjoy some of the delicious sweet treat offerings. The Mile Marker Zero, inspired by the culture of Key West, features Iced Key Lime Pops with sea salt and tropical sauce. The Banoffee Pie with banana custard and chocolate ganache served in a graham cracker tart with caramel sauce as well as the Floating Island Sundae with fresh Caribbean fruit, meringue, guava, and Guanabana sorbet.
Of course there are great options for the kiddos, too! Kids can choose from items like Whole Grain Penne with zucchini and roasted tomato sauce, Jerk Grilled Chicken, Grilled Shrimp Skewer with Cilantro-Lime Cream, and a Jamaican Meat Pie. Sides include items such as sautéed green beans, mac and cheese, pizza biscuits, cauli-fries with carrot ketchup, and more!
Doesn’t this menu look amazing? Reservations are already opening with bookings starting on October 8th! They can be made online for by calling (407) WDW-DINE.
