A TikTok video has sparked a wave of reactions after it captured a father’s heated confrontation with Disney cast members. The incident occurred in the Single Rider line for Radiator Springs Racers, where the father had an outburst over getting separated from his children on the Disneyland Resort attraction.
Single Rider lines at Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park are intended for solo guests or people who are willing to be separated from their groups in exchange for shorter wait times. Disneyland Resort has explicit rules regarding Single Rider lines: guests will be split up, and “immediate boarding or choice of seat is not guaranteed.” Disney Park guests must also be seven years or older to ride attractions alone. These guidelines are posted at Single Rider line entrances, and Disney cast members usually confirm whether guests are okay with riding solo before entering the queue.
At Disneyland Resort, Single Rider lines are available for Goofy’s Sky School, Incredicoaster, Radiator Springs Racers, Grizzly River Run, WEB SLINGERS: A Spider-Man Adventure, Soarin’ Over California, Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run, Matterhorn Bobsleds, and Space Mountain. The lines are designed to help reduce wait times for solo riders and smaller groups, but they come with the understanding that families will not always be able to ride together.
On July 8, TikTok user @gadzooks2025 shared a video that sparked outrage among Disney Parks fans. The footage shows a father visibly enraged and yelling at Disney cast members after his family was separated while in the Single Rider line. “He and his kids got in the Single Rider line and he got mad bc their party got split up,” the TikToker explained.

The father demands that Disney cast members call security, shouting, “Call security!” as his children look on. Despite his outburst, Disney cast members remain calm and refuse to involve security at that moment. The video ends without clarification on whether Disneyland Resort security was eventually called or how the situation was resolved.
The video quickly gained traction on social media, with Disney Parks fans overwhelmingly defending the cast members.

Some took a more extreme stance, calling for the father to be banned from Disneyland Resort.
