Check Out the Prix Fixe Menu at Walt Disney World’s Be Our Guest

We have been very interested to see the new prix fixe menu offered for dinner at Be Our Guest restaurant.  The restaurant is one of the most popular dining locations in all of Walt Disney World.  It is located in the Fantasyland area of the Magic Kingdom.  The new menu is priced at $55 for adults and $35 for children (ages 3 to 9).  Dinner used to be one Table Service entitlement on the Disney Dining Plan, but with this new change, it is now a 2 Table Service entitlement meal.

Here is a look at the adult and child meal options that are available with the new menu:

Adult Meal Options:

  • Appetizers: (Choose 1)
    • Escargot: Herb-Garlic Butter and Toasted Gremolata
    • Mixed Field Greens: Sunflower Seed Brittle, Heirloom Tomatoes, House Farm Cheese with a Citrus Vinaigrette
    • French Onion Soup: Toasted Crouton, Gruyère, and Provolone
    • Charred Octopus: Citrus-laced Fingerling Potatoes, Pickled Hearts of Palm, and Red Pepper Coulis served Cold
    • Maine Lobster Bisque: Crème Fraîche and Poached Lobster
    • Assorted Meats and Artisanal Cheese Selection
  • Entrees: (Choose 1)
    • Center-cut Filet Mignon: Robuchon Yukon Potatoes, Seasonal Vegetables, and Cipollini Marmalade with a Red Wine Glaze
    • Spice-dusted Lamb Chops: Roasted Salsify, Baby Zucchini, Charred Tomatoes, and Royal Trumpet Mushrooms with a Lamb Demi
    • Saffron-infused Seafood Bouillabaisse: Seasonal Fish, Maine Lobster, Shrimp, Confit Potatoes, and Baby Fennel
    • Smoked Ricotta and Corn Tortellini: Roasted Corn and Peppadew Relish, Rainbow Cauliflower, and Asparagus with a Corn-infused Nage
    • Poulet Rouge Chicken: Faro Wheat Risotto, Seasonal Vegetables, Crisp Pancetta, and Garlic Butter Sauce
    • Roasted Pork Tenderloin: Crispy Berkshire Pork Belly, Caramelized Cipollini, Roasted Asparagus, Brussels Sprouts, Cauliflower Purée, and sprinkled with Bacon Dust
  • Dessert Trio:
    • Almond Macaron: with Lemon Jam and Raspberries
    • Dark Chocolate Truffle: filled with Dark Chocolate Grand Mariner Ganache
    • White Chocolate “Chip” Cup: with Grey Stuff and Crisp

Kid’s Meal Options:

  • Appetizers: (Choose 1)
    • Iceberg Wedge Salad: Curled Carrots, Baby Tomatoes, and Fat-free Ranch Dressing
    • Fruit and Cheese Plate: Seasonal Fruit, Cheddar Cheese, and Crostinis
  • Entrees: (Choose 1)
    • Disney Check Meal – Pan-seared Chicken Breast: Served with Cauliflower Fried Rice and choice of Small Lowfat Milk, Small Dasani® Water or Small Minute Maid® Apple Juice. Meets Disney Nutrition Guidelines for Complete Meals without substitution
