Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge finally opened at Disneyland Resort. With the opening, we are getting to see and learn more about this new, immersive land including the food and beverage offerings. There are items like Fried Endorian Tip-yip, Blue Milk and Ronto Wraps that the Disney foodies out there will definitely want to check out. Take a look at the great video below from Disney Parks Blog:
Culinary Director Brian Piasecki, is one of the creative minds behind the food that is found within the land. First up at Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo, guests can enjoy a variety of quick service items including savory offerings like Smoked Kaadu Ribs, Fried Endorian Tip-yip, Yobshrimp Noodle Salad, and Ithorian Garden Loaf (plant-based meatloaf). If you save room for dessert you can check out the raspberry Oi-oi Puff or a chocolate Batuu-bon. For beverages there is Phattro, which is a special beverage that includes unsweetened tea, lemonade and desert pear.
There are a variety of breakfast offerings available at Ronto Roasters, Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo, and Oga’s Cantina. The Rising Moons Overnight Oats are available at all three locations. These are a healthful option made with dragon fruit, yogurt, and seasonal fruit.
Over at Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo, you can try the Bright Suns Morning, which is a three-cheese egg bite with pork sausage and purple potato hash served with a mini Mustafarian Lava Roll. The Mustafarian Roll can only be found on the planet of Batuu at Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo and Oga’s Cantina. It is topped with raspberry fondant, lemon, and cookies and cream cookie crumbles. For the kids, there is the Bright Suns Youngling Breakfast with scrambled eggs, purple potatoes, and fresh fruit (or a mini Mustafarian Lava Roll substitution upon request) as well as their choice of small low fat milk or a small bottle of Dasani water.
Over at Ronto Roasters, guests can check out the Ronto Morning Wrap which comes with scrambled eggs, grilled pork sausage, shredded cheese, and peppercorn sauce wrapped in pita.
